Pathetic Service at a new level

<p>I can assure you the sales team have no clue or lack training of their Job , I overheard conversations in the background which was quiet disturbing whilst on hold, I also overheard a guy telling the consultant that the customer is talking nonsense, is that the way your sales team is trained? he’s consultant that spoke to me was also laughing whilst speaking, for a second I actually thought someone was playing a prank on me , I’ve never received service this poor before, please get hold of the recordings of the call which will surely motivate my frustrations.</p> <p> </p> <p>After two weeks I’m still in the position, it’s hard to believe such a large industry can deliver this level of service.</p>
