Pathetic service and waiting periods

I've done an upgrade 2 weeks back everything was told to be in order only my delivery address was incorrect which I've spoken to consultants and was told they will rectify with ram couriers, only to find out over the weekend my parcel was sent back to vodacom in Jhb when im based in Kzn. After numerous complaints i was told that i must wait till the parcel is received at vodacom then only i can call to do another upgrade. I had called vodacom yesterday and was told to call in today i called in today only to be told i must still wait. Its really unfair as i do not have a decent device at the moment and cannot get it repaired and its really unfair that i cannot process another deal as i must wait ages till vodacom sorts out they issues and once another deal is processed i must still await delivery for that device as well. Its my first time experiencing such pathetic service from vodacom which is really not fair.
