Pathetic service and vodacom repair center canal walk

I booked my phone in for repair at Vodacom repairs canal walk and have still not received any feedback after two weeks. I called the branch and staff are rude and keep give conflicting stories as to when I will receive my device back. I would not recommend using this repair center. Staff are ***********. and rude.
