Pathetic service and very unhappy customer

I have been without connection for the past 6 days I call the call center and get told different stories each time I also get put on hold and then cut off and no calls back I cannot understand why such a huge company as vodacom can give us such a pathetic service I'm a 1st time customer and all I can say Is this service is pathetic i need a manager or someone to call me my 5th reference in 6 days is FW: Vodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR*** update - [External Email]
