pathetic service and support

<p>I went in the first week of January 2017 to get a phone contract, every phone I chose they had no stock non the less I chose the phone and was told I would receive it in the next week. Sales people barley cared to show any kind of help, almost as if they were annoyed. Since then till now which is the 8 February 2017 might I add that every week I phone the store to find out if stock has arrived and all I get back is a noo replie. Which is ridiculous and pathetic. </p>
