Pathetic service and reception.

Vodacom reception has been off for 5 days now. Paying over a R1500 per month for nothing. This is the 3rd time this year that it has been of for almost a week. So a full month in total without reception. MTN has reception but vodacom doesn't. We used to have relatively constant signal. About 80% of the time. Friends of mine 45km from me also don't have. So it's at least a 100km radius that it is completely off. Vodacom I urge you to rectify this as I wish to cancel my contracts with you. Absolutely pathetic service.
