pathetic service and no successful resolution or call back

poor service,unacceptable

I’m very disappointed with the putrid and ********* service I have received from Vodacom4u in South Gate Mall. On 07/05/2017 I took my phone to the store for repairs as the LCD is damaged and I’m paying for insurance, I was helped by a consultant named Thomson Hammurabi, who took my phone and said he would send my phone for repairs at the time I asked him if there’s any documents for me to sign and if I’m going to get a reference to show that I have brought my phone so that the insurance can fix it ,he then advised me that there’s no documents that needs to be signed and there’s no reference he then took my phone and wrapped it in a plastic bag. A few weeks later I received a call from a guy named Gerard saying that he has my phone but Vodacom4u hasn’t put through the claim for my phone to be fixed and that I should go back to Vodacom4u in South Gate so that they can put through the claim in order for my phone to be fixed. On the 24/11/2017 I went to Vodacom4u in South Gate Mall to sort out the claim and pay the R200.00 that I was advised to pay however when I spoke to a consultant they couldn’t trace anything with regards to me bringing my phone for repairs I then spoke to the manager Madeleine Alexander who was of NO help at all very disappointing , she told me that she is going to look into the matter and call me back which never happened, A consultant called me and asked me to bring my phone box to the store, which I did on the 04/11/2017 they then called all technical stations and not one of them had my phone. Long story I know but now I’m still paying for a phone that’s missing with no feedback from Vodacom4u and my contract ended in 5/12/2017 .If this matter isn’t resolved I will be forced to take legal action against Vodacom because my phone is missing and no one is willing to take responsibility.
