Pathetic Service and Lies about Vouchers

I purchased a phone over the Vodacom Online, and i was then meant to get an online voucher for R500. When i received my phone on about the 12th Dec, i attempted to try claim my voucher on the 13th Dec, as i didn't want to use my phone until i got a cover for it. However then i had an issue where it said my IMEI number was not in the system. Phone Customer Services and got told i have to phone Online. I phone Online and they tell me to phone Customer Services. Do you guys actually not know what you doing?

Eventually i emailed: *** - only to get a reply saying that it is being decommissioned on the 8th Dec and i should email: *** - so i emailed them, no reply to this date. On the 17th Dec i tried to order the cover again, however it still stated that that the IMEI number was not in the system. On the 18th Dec, suddenly it is working and i order a smart P30 Pro cover in black, log on on the 19th Dec and now my order is cancelled. Attempt to order again, now i must pay for the cover. Phone Online, they cant help me and i must phone Customer Services, which i stated they will just direct me to you. Then got told to email: *** - only to get a reply saying that it is being decommissioned on the 8th Dec and i should email: *** - so i emailed them, no reply to this date. (seeing a pathetic trend?)

I have left it until today, and it is still not resolved, and the voucher expires on the 6th Jan! I have since spent R500 of my own money to get a cover, to which i should have gotten a free cover with the voucher that was promised in the contract.

Your Customer Service and Online is pathetic and I would like my money back for having to go and purchase my own cover with my own money.

I do not recommend you as a service provider. Resolve ASAP!

Still no contact from Vodacom, and voucher expires today! I would like a refund of the R500 in cash for having to go and purchase my own cover!
