Pathetic service and horrible company

<p> Firstly I'd like to tell everyone NOT to take a contract out with Vodacom, stay as far away as humanly possible. I took out a phone contact approximately three months ago, It was suppose to be a closed contract, I didn't want to get surprise bills at the end of the month, it was for a Sony phone, the agreed monthly payment was around R219. I took this contract out at the potchefstroom, Mooi River mall Vodacom shop, I specifically told the gentlemen that assisted me to ensure that I only pay the agreed amount every month and nothing more. The first month passed, I got a surprise bill of over a thousand rand, the same happened the next month. I decided to go back to the Vodacom store yesterday to fix the issue, I spoke to a guy named Lefa, this was the same guy that gave me the contract in the beginning, he was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful, he treated me as if I was a dog, he insulted me and shouted at me. I was not disrespectful to him. No one has ever been that disrespectful to me. I WILL take this further, either he must go for training or get fired. The manager witnessed his disgusting act as he was standing next to Lefa. My phone contract has still not been fixed and Vodacom continues *****ing my money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM, MORE SPECIFICALLY STAY AWAY FROM THE MOOI RIVIER MALL VODACOM SHOP IN POTCHEFSTROOM, YOU WILL BE DISRESPECTED, YOU WILL BE INSULTED AND YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A DOG THERE!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL TAKE THIS UNNECEPTABLE ACT FURTHER AND I WILL REPORT LEFA TO EVERYONE WHO IS WILLING TO LISTEN, ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA, I'LL EVEN GO TO VODACOM'S HEAD OFFICE.</p> <p> </p> <p>STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM!!</p>
