Pathetic service and gatvol of Vodacom

In December 2020 my dad took out fibre with Vodacom, from day 1 its been a mess up. The deal is a free LTE for a month while waiting for the installation. To date we still waiting for fibre installation. In the interim we've been making numerous phone calls to Vodacom and every time they keep on "booking a ticket", I even requested for management to phone and to date not a single manager phoned. In April we were cut off from the wifi LTE router and were then told we owe vodacom over R3600. Recently I had discovered as per vodacom my dad had taken out the R899 deal which he does not recall, when asked for proof vodacom only sent me the quotation of R899 and not a signed contract and the only signed contract my dad have is of R599 so why are we being charged for a R899 contract when there is no signed agreement and also in the interim when continously phoning vodacom we as the customer had been mentioning the R599 contract to every agent we spoke to and not a single agent told us about the R899 contract until recently. Vodacom is such a inconvenience because we had canceled our dstv as we were getting the fibre and there wasn't much need to buy data for our phones because of the wifi. Since vodacom cut us off from wifi, we were forced to switch on our dstv again and now have to buy data for my phone which is costing me R160 a week and my parents too have to buy data. I just want this issue resolved asap and I feel that Vodacom should reimburse us for all the inconvenience and unnecessary expenses we've had and I really find the service we've been getting (in fact we haven't been getting any service at all) pathetic. I am simply "gatvol" of this. Where is my rights as the consumer to fair service (which I'm not getting) and where's the transparency with regards to the contract and information ( only signed proof of contract is the R599 contract and agents failed to mention about the R899 contract). Even the collections department called demanding payment however they don't even know why R3600 has to be paid when asking them what is that amount for.
