Pathetic service and dishonest

Upgraded to S7 more than a month ago. Deal included wireless charger. Was informed they are out of stock, but they will order. Followed up numerous times with the same excuse. Still not received. I feel this is breach of contract. How can you advertise and sell something to a customer but not deliver. I want to cancel my contract due to this. Worst service I have ever received. <br>
