Pathetic service and an inconvenience
I contacted vodacom and asked them to activate my international roaming because I was travelling and required data services to use Google maps. However vodacom activated everything but the data. I called when I was in italy and they could not assist. This was an inconvenience because of their pathetic service I got lost and I had to pay 30 Euro for another sim card. Hire competent people who know what they are doing. Get things done right the first time.

The issue was not about price so please stop sending me the price list. This is the third time someone has contacted me with regards to the pricing. The issue is about the data service not being activated and the inconvenience caused. I would have used the data irrespective of the costs involved because I needed to access google maps.
