Your agents continue to be rude and AGAIN when you ask to speak to a manager, they drop the phone on you! Sharon from your so-called Customer Care must be FIRED for being rude and arrogant!!!!

How many times must I pay for useless service - this time you WILL compensate for poor service as I pay for SERVICE!!! You did not give me service, therefore I should not PAY!!!!!
