Pathetic Service!

I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP! We have been trying to cancel my vodacom since July. We have called, emailed and gone in store. Each consultant we speak to notes that they can sew the request to cancel and that we will be credit my contract amount. My contract has still not been canceled leading to our other numbers calling options being cut.

I do not understand how after almost 6 months my contract has still not been canceled! This is absolutely pathetic and extremely frustrating!
