Pathetic Service

I have to wonder if there is a single truthful person working for Vodacom. I have contacted them so many times - via HelloPeter and Facebook - and the same thing come every time, empty promise after empty promise. I am tired of their useless service and non-care attitude. Ever since I took out a data contract I have been getting nothing but a run around and disgusting service - of late I have to reset router sometimes up to 4 times a day - not that I expect Vodacom to even do anything - they get my money every month so why should they... Believe me once my contract is finished I will NOT NOT NOT renew. Oh, and one last thing, thanx for your pathetic service.
