Pathetic Service
Most pathetic service I have ever experienced. After being burglared on Sunday, had to go to Vodashop La Lucia on Monday for 3 x upgrades. Fast forward to today (Wednesday) and 2 lines are still inactive. And all we are getting is excuses and bull**** from consultant all the way to customer care. Excuse after excuse with no resolution in sight. Absolutely pathetic. Last time we will be making use of Vodacom
