Pathetic Service

So my account got suspended but that's not the point right now. My point is when I tried to call 082135 number, the following message plays " your call as been rerouted to a recorded announcement, please contact your service provider". HOW THE HELL DO YOU CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDER when everytime I dialed that's the only message that plays? I had to go get a Telkom sim card, buy airtime just to call the Vodacom customer service. To make matters worst, after speaking to the consultant, he states 2 sms will come through and I should please rate the service, yes the sms did come through but you guys are more worried about rating the service then what I had to go through to call the customer service line.
