Pathetic service

Musgrave vodacom store 1st floor pathetic service walked into the empty Musgrave store 1st floor yeaterday, Sunday 11th at around 14h30 to check on a new business contract and had a nasty experience, I had limited time and needed quick service but found myself being attended to by a consultant who kept asking for information form the other there were three consultants, the one served me knew nothing about the product range of interest whilst the others where on their cell phones relaxing whist my consultant kept asking for help I had not received any decent information and left the store dissatisfied I was also disgusted by the fact that one consultant had her head resting on the sales counter when I walked in.
