PATHETIC SERVICE

During the first 3 weeks of the lock down my contract had come up for an upgrade. I logged onto the vodacom site and left my details for somebody to call me. Awell almost every second day i would get an SMS conf that they had trie to call me but no answer from my side. I was gobsmacked, as i had not received a call. some how by some miracvle i got a call to rate the service and i let the person on the other end have it as i advised i was still waiting for someone to call me. H promised me that he would get someone to call me. Guess what 2 days later no phone calls but a confirmation SMS confiming my issue resolved. How pathetic is that for service. I HAVE TO COME EXPECT NOTHING MORE FROM A BUNCH OF *****.
