Pathetic service
I tried emailing complaints of Vodacom but no response given. I would like to know why Vodacom continues with clients not being able to stop contracts with 7 months remaining and having to pay for remaining months. I thought this was stopped from networks when the Consumer Protection Act indicated clients cannot be disallowed to stop contracts and pay for remaining months. I also have many lines why cannot this one be ended

12 Jun 2020, 13:34I am still waiting for Vodacom to respond unless I missed a call from them but I am still waiting to find out why as according to the Consumer Protection Act why clients are forced to pay remaining months of their contracts of which 7 months are only remaining and clients have other current lines with vodacom. Why is Vodacom still forcing clients to stay in contracts when the Act indicates you are not forced to do so.
