Pathetic Service

The utter pathetic level of service received from a company that I have been a client of for more than 10 years is frankly appalling. Just to upgrade my phone caused me enough stress to want to seriously cancel all my contracts with Vodacom and look elsewhere. 2 out of the 10 agents I dealt with was actually helpful, the rest just wanted to be done with the call without even helping. Also, it would be easier to get water out of a rock than to speak to a supervisor or superior as they feel they are too important to speak to clients with issues. Vodacom lost out on 2 additional contracts from me due to their lack of service and overall bad attitude in dealing with my issues. Extremely disappointing to lose those to deals but hey guess as an individual customer you do not need my business, as most of your staff seem to think as well. This will be the very last upgrade or contract taken with this company that has ZERO value for their clients and their clients concerns
