Pathetic Service

On 12 January I wrote a review on Vodacom and on the 15th they rep**** saying they will sort out the problem.I gave them the d entails of my father who has tried to cancel his contract with vodacom since who knows when because guess what they never cancel the contract!After speaking to the agent he promised to sort it out and he did speak to my father and believe it or not they debited my father's account once again today!When is this going to stop.HE WANT TO STOP THE CONTRACT!!Can nobody understand that.This is pathetic really he doesn't need a upgrade nothing he want to CANCEL!!
