Pathetic service

I am very disappointed in your service from yesterday i have been expecting my delivery, the nerve of your courier he called me around 9am yesterday i told him ill be at home in 2 hours even before that 2 hrz i called at 9:50 & told him that by 10h00 ill be at home he said he is coming, at around 12 i called as i was still waiting he told me he's at the vaal he will deliver today. Today he called again around 9am today i waited up until 13:15 pm i called him he told me he's coming i told him inhave errands to attend to the guy was very rude saying i must give him directions he is driving he doesn't have time to read the address on the parcel yet the car passed me at my place and went to the shop as i was on the phone and i told that i see you guys he said no it's the car but the same car came back found my brother and had already left home. I then told him to keep the phone i no longer want it until the day he's ready to do his Job because it shows he doesn't know how to do his Job
