Pathetic service

I have expressed my unhappiness with vodacom before regarding the repairs on my phone and the payment of 3 excesses.

I need to be refunded 1 amount excess because the repairs were not done completely by vodacom and whilst in store an accident happened with the phone, I paid double excess of which Vodacom was supposed to inform me about and they didnt !
