Pathetic service

My contact needed over a year ago and I have settled and closed the contract and he e been contacting the legal department for almost a year about removing my name but this has not been done, I appear to be owing monies and in arrears on all credit reports, I keep calling and sending emails and don't get assisted, I will not be waiting anymore and will go to the ombudsman and anywhere else I need to go.
