Pathetic service

Need to send some of your staff members for customer service training. Received really awful service yesterday afternoon looking for a router & I was “assisted” by a very impatient, arrogant gentleman (talll, dark & very thin) with a haughty attitude. There’s no reason for you to be on the floor if you are not prepared to listen & understand what the customer wants and advise appropriately.
