Wish I can select no stars. Bad customer service waiting for a call recording of an upgrade done with Like Minds Call recording requested 9 Jan 2024 still waiting 25 Jan 2024 Consumers you are allowed to request call recordings if you know you received shady deals. Call recording should be sent to consumer within 5-7 business days. Vodacom does not have a complaint department that deals with queires and they dont respond to emails if you email talktous@vodacom
