Pathetic service

Terrible service i called in for fiber in the middle of the deal after confirming banking details and all I asked the gentleman to please call me back in 2 min I just want to confirm with my sister if she wants any add ons and he said he will I waited for 20min and then called again and asked them to please put me through to the agent that was assisting me and I was informed that he will call me in 2 min I waited the called again 20min after and they told me he will call me in 2min I received no call back I tried the 3rd time and they said they close I must try again monday utter ******* im so angry with this pathetic service from vodacom
