Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Vodacom debited an amount of R24708.84 from my account and I dont even have a contract with them. The consultant rang up the wrong contract but then cancelled it immediately and now I am left to foot the bill of increased bank charges and I still havent received my refund, more than 2 weeks later. It is absolute nonsense to say the least.
