Pathetic service

Im still waiting for Vodacom ro refund me my R450 for my double excess that was paid, after Vodacom did not repair my phone in the first instance correctly. Also, I was not contacted by Vodacom and given the correct info about double excess being paod when they did their job badly and also didny communicate before-hand professionally and correctly.
