Pathetic service

Vodacom Fiber been off since Saturday the 7 March to this date. Been informed the technician will call to fix the connection but nothing. Lazola the last consultant contacted did not even want to add the number to connect with someone in the house. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced since 2021 with this provider
