Pathetic Service

bought an iten on Black Friday, absolutely pathetic service from them, i bought from Voda shop, it took 7days for the virtual voucher to arrive(in itself pathetic) followed the prompts and comp**** with all the requirements. Promised me delivery on 9th Dec, Called on the 7th to confirm all in order, called on the 8th to confirm was advised all in order, item is for picking and will be with me on the 9th, an escalation was sent to warehouse as advised. called on the 9th and am now advised there are delays and the item has not been picked they will follow up and get back to me and IF they pick then i will receive on Friday! absolute ***** and pathetic service
