Pathetic Service
And another day passes by with Zero contact made. Im absolutely disgusted with the service im recieving. A complaints department that gives a **** whether a customer is lost or not. Promises to make contact but nothing happens, absolutely pathetic. Dont respond with an apology, when the apology is not sincere and if you have no intent to help a customer.

19 Feb 2026, 09:12Vodacom, you absolutely suck at servicing requests, your complaints department keeps saying that they will reach out, by responding to this post but to date nobody has gotten back to me, im now more than 10 days with my wifi down and nobody cares to make co tact or have my services connected, a service that has already been paid for mind you. I hope all of the *********** people that responded to my complaints get found out for not making contact and get dealt with. You get paid for a service to be rendered and a job to be done, of which you clearly failed.
