Pathetic service
Pathetic service from vodacom, my cellphone number was blocked because apparently I owe them R2.97 and when I call the call center they insist I must pay the R2.97 but they don't know what the banking details is. Seriously considering changing over to another network. I should not have been cut off because of R2.97 especially considering what our country is going through now this shows vodacom does not give a damn about their customers.
