Pathetic service

I've been a Vodavom customer since 1998 and have never experienced such bad service as I have recently. I have been trying to return a laptop and sim card that j opted out of in January. Have called vodacom 5 times and each time the collection by RAM does not materialize. For the last 3 attempts each time I'm told the consultant will call me back to furnish me with a reference number and they never did. I even offered to drop the laptop at the RAM offices and am told RAM must collect. RAM is equally as pathetic, on 2 occasions they claim they could not get hold of me. Very strange that I get deliveries quite often from other couriers and they never struggle to get hold of me.
