PATHETIC SERVICE
DONT EVER UPGRADE UR PHONE ONLINE. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE 1 APRIL FOR VODACOM TO DELIVER MY PHONE AND EVEN WITH SENDING THEM A LETTER THEY STILL MANAGE TO TAKE MY PHONE TO AN UNKNOWN LOCATION. THEY ALSO CLAIM THAT THEY HAVE A DEDICATED BUSINESS CHANNEL & A PERSON ALLOCATED TO SORT OUT ALL YOUR QUERIES BUT THATS ALSO A BIG LIE. THAT SO CALLED PERSON DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUERIES ONCE THEY GET THE SALE DONE. ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM. ITS SO UNFORTUNATE THAT I UPGRADED ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH THEM RECENTLY. ONCE ALL RUN OUT IM MOVING OVER TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. AFTER 20 YEARS OF BEING WITH VODACOM & THIS IS THE PATHETIC SERVICE I GET.

Why was I told that the item would be shipped in me on Monday 25/04/22?
If the package was returned this means its the 2nd time this is happening?
What the hell is going on?
Can anyone at Vodacom follow simple instructions?
I specifically sent an email confirming the delivery address and yet it gets messed up. How is this possible?
