Pathetic service

I have logged four tickets this week and still no internet. I’m paying 799 for internet that does not work ! Vodacom does not get back to a person! I received one call from them and the guy said he will call back 48hours later I’m still waiting without internet! Don’t waste your time or money using vodacom fibre.

I have so many reference numbers I don’t know which one to post!
