PATHETIC SERVICE-

Vodacom has pathetic service!!! I ported my number from Cell C to vodacom with massive REGRETS as its 2 months later and STILL struggling to get a contract on my new vodacom number. Agents is fast to get all your details but NEVER phones bank. I asked for a Manager to call me....still waiting. The latest agent promised me to get this sorted....also disapeared. This is pathetic and I will inform everytbody to NOT take a Vodacom contract OR change your number to Vodacom.

I want to go back to Cell C but need to wait 3 months......

Don't call me as i'm not interested in ANYTHING vodacom has to offer or say!!! will wait my 3 months of time waste and move over my number to another service provider.
