PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
<p>For the past 4 days I have tried relentlessy to get through to the Retentions/Cancellations department. I have got calls dropped, rude consultants who are clearly not interested in the service industry - the disinterest in their voices are CLEAR! Thanks for helping me to make up my mind to cancel all my 5 contracts with you. You clearly do not value customers of 20 years who have never missed a single payment. I expect all my cancellation quotes to be emailed to me without further delay</p>
