pathetic service

<p>Hi Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really annoyed with the service i am receiving . A week later after my number was deleted off your system. Queing in a 1 hour line to get my number back ? I cannot make a call or send a sms either. </p> <p> </p> <p>Only thing thats working is my whatsapp. I received a call from a customer service agent , promising an agent will call to rectify the problem ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not interested in compensation only for my phone to make calls and send a sms !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is that so difficult ./</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom either train you consultants to do a better job or get new ones. They suck at there JOB</p> <p> </p>
