PATHETIC SERVICE

I recently went to vodacom to apply for a iphone 7 contract package. A week later i was told that my account had been declined because of a low score! i asked the consultant what this meant and i was told that it was because i did not have any accounts. I told the consultant that that was ******* as i had an account which had debited my account 3 times and i did not understand why they could not pick that up? He told me to try and open a clothing account first and then ty to apply again of which my response was that what will the chances be that an account that was opened today would improve my profile yet one opened 3 months ago could not??? i asked the consultant to take it up with his seniors of which he called the guys who i believe are the ones who decline or approve transactions and he told them that i was not satisfied with the reason that they had given me for declining my application. The guy then said they said it is because my work permit expires on 31 December 2017. So now the story had changed from low score to permit issues. Really vodacom i provided my PERMANENT work contract and my permit is RENEWABLE 60 days befoe expiry. The guy told me that they said i should apply for a new permit first as the contract will run for 24 months. if you do not understand how the work permit issues work why don't you ask Hon Minister Gigaba to explain to you??? I cannot apply fo a renewable now as my permit still has 13 months remaining. I am an auditor who is permanently employed here, why should that be an issue??? I have been with vodacom since 2009 and i have been loyal with them and this is what i get as a thank you??? WOW i have not seen such! So all my accounts should be frozen then because my permit comes to an end in 13 months time??? If you take time to read you will see that it is written that it is renewable 60 days before expiry it certainly does NOT say that it is NOT renewable!!!
