Pathetic service

<p>I placed an order online for the Xperia xa ultra and then got an e-mail saying if I have not received a call in 24 hours I must call them. with the package I chose, it says I get 12 free movie vouchers, 10GB of data once off and a R10 000 online education thing, so after 24 hours I had not heard from Vodacom and when i called in the lady said I can not get my movie vouchers because the promotion is off so I immediately went back online and the promotion was still there. it is what I ordered so that is what I want I have a screenshot on my laptop with the promotion and all details. but the lady was very rude on insisting that I can not get that and she would not let me talk to a manager </p>
