Pathetic Service

<p>I have always believed that Vodacom was the best service provider to use however I have been timeously disappointed with the customer service.I have continuously contacted Vodacom telephonically and by visiting the Southdale branch and no one is able to assist with my query. I am told that I would be contacted ,nobody calls.I phone again and get pushed from pillow to post because nobody seems to understand or has the ability to assist or even knows who can assist. phoning the call center is like speaking directly to a robot. the call gets answered and that's it. Does nobody take pride in their job or customer service anymore.Very sad indeed.</p>
