Pathetic service

I cancelled my contract early this year in April as my contract was coming to an end . i went into a vodacom shop as well and cancelled it via the call centre in May 2016. I called today to settle this matter once and for call and still i did not get anything resolved i was transferred from pillar to post . I first spoke to Vincet and told him that i will pay the balance but not the two debit orders that they have debited in my account. He told me i must speak to the cancellation department as they cant assist , the only thing i must jst the pay the balance i am owing IMAGINE how can i pay whilst i have cancelled my contract . I was put through to the cancellation I spoke to Sibongile who told me my contract was cancelled in June 2016. I must go back to the collections department , I went back to the collections department and spoke to Kegomoditswe , i explained the whole story again that cancelled my contract , she told me i mst hold on she will assist me . To my suprise i was put through to John in the Retension department i was not even told that i will be transferred , I had to start the whole story again and the John was not even willing to understand my fustration that was transferred from pillar to post ,instead he told me that he cant assist as well . I must go to the accounts department. I just want to settle this matter and leave Vodacom . This is bad bad service and i have struggling with this matter for almost 4 months and i am really tired of phoning vodacom
