PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>Please be very careful when dealing with vodacom.I have been paying my wifes vod acc every month via eft before the debit date. When the contract was up we cancelled and was told that we over paid the account.they wanted proof of payment,yet they cud c we had a credit. Its been 2months and we stil struggling to get the refund.al documents we sent thru and recieved yet the say they havent recieved. Managers are just as usless.nobody can assist. Vodacom has ****** my money due to me</p>
