Pathetic service

<p>Absolutely pathetic service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've logged a ***** case with the police September 2015, the same day I went to one of there branches and submitted the evidence. Even have the original copies of the mail that was sent to their joke of a legal/***** department. Today I found out that *********** Vodacom blacklisted me. When I phoned their so called legal department I got the run around and was advised to call the collection agency (also a joke of a place).</p> <p> </p> <p>At this stage the only correspondence I want to receive from these pathetic excuse of a cell phone service provider is that my name has been cleared. And no mails calls requesting me to provide them with my details as they are so good to open ********** accounts with my details.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
