Pathetic Service

<p>Upgraded to an iPhone 6s end May 16', the upgrade included a starter pack which incl a phone cover, screen protector and car charger according to the consultant . The store had no stock and assured me they would get one for me within a week. Noted on my till slip "awaiting starter pack". I followed up every 2 weeks and got the run around. Now 2 and a half months later I am irate and the consultant states " sorry bad news that package didn't come with a starter pack nothing we can do!!!" I asked for the store owners details as this was unacceptable to which they refused to furnish. I requested for him to contact me. No contact made. Absolutely pathetic service. I have only used this branch to upgrade, never again!</p>
