Pathetic service

<p>I went into vodacom wanting to open a contract only to recieve the worst service possible. The consultant that helped me was not at all helpful or friendly for that matter. They made me walk up and down to get the necessary paperwork. I then found a cheaper deal at cellucity and the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I went back to vodacom to transfer my contract to cellucity. The consultant was extremely rude and ignored me and helped a other customer while he was still assisting me. I've never experienced such pathetic service in a store and I work in a retail store myself. I was utterly disgusted at the disregard they have for their customers. I've heard many similar stories from friends of mine and I seriously think that vodacom desperately needs to invest in customer service training for their staff. </p>
