Pathetic service

<p>I logged 2 calls with Vodacom on 1st and 8th Jul and was promised a reply "within 7 working days". I have had no response from Vodacom whatsoever and when I phoned again today were told that they are still investigating my problem. I specifically asked to be contacted before the next debit order date in order to resolve the dispute before they deduct money from my account for ******* charges. Again I was told that if they don't contact me they will deduct more than R4000 fom my account. This is total unacceptable practise and pathetic service.</p>
