Pathetic Service

<p>Im being charged out of data rates while there is still data left on my account.After various calls to customer service nothing has been done.First service request was logged and when I phoned back was told the matter has been resolved and the request was closed without anyone contacting me or solving the matter.I logged another request and 4 days later still not resolved.Phoned in again and they cant give me a direct number to contact anyone working with this.I would like vodacom to solve this issue or I will stop any payments being made to them</p>
